Ingredients:
Long Beans- ½ kg
Whole crushed pepper(
fresh)- 1 tbsp
Crushed red chilli-1/2 tbsp
Crushed red chilli-1/2 tbsp
Crushed Garlic-3 pods
Oil- As required
Curry leaves- 1 sprig
Instructions:
Add oil to the pan and
add curry leaves once the oil is hot.
Crush the garlic,dried red chilli and
whole pepper in a food processor and add to the oil.
Sauté the ingredients,
till the raw smell is gone.
Add cut beans, cover and
cook till the beans are done.
